Will my credit card or bank account be charged today?

No, you will not be charged the full subscription price until after your 30 day free trial ends or until you convert to the paid version of Envision. However, you may notice a $1 pre-authorization charge on your account. After the free trial period ends, you will be billed based on the number of users you have signed. Refunds are not available once your account has been billed.

Can I change my plan?

Yes! You may change your plan at any time through the account admin panel. When you convert to the full version, you will be billed… (for what you originally signed up for? or what you’re set at today?)
