Terms and Conditions

Get ready to look and feel GOOD! Please be sure to carefully read through the below booking terms before moving forward with your appointment request.

 

Appointments - Please note that all online booking appointments are request only until an appointment confirmation is sent.

All Clients - Please arrive with your hair dry, finger de-tangled, and with minimal product. We are happy to de-tangle your tresses, however please note that this is an additional charge. 

Signature Curly Cuts - Please come without your hair pre-stretched by buns/ponytails/braids. This service starts with a dry cut so it’s helpful if the stylist sees your hair in its most natural state.This ensures the best and most balanced haircut. A Wash n' Go (Freestyle) is included in this service. This service does not include finger styling/defining. If you'd like to add finger styling/coiling/defining please let us know in an email prior to your appointment so we can ensure we set aside enough time for your desired look. 

Cancellation Policy - Your appointment is very important to us, and your time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully require at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. This policy allows us to provide the GOOD service all of our customers deserve. Late cancellations (as in cancellations inside the above time frames) will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. Please note that no showswill be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Grace Period - Additionally, we give all of our amazing clients a 15 minute grace period for each appointment. If you arrive outside of that 15 minute period your appointment is subject to change and possible cancellation/reschedule.

Deposit - We are require all reservations to be secured with a credit card and phone number on file. Please also note that we are a cashless salon. 

Color Appointments - We require a consultation for all FIRST time color clients. First time Color Appointments are not scheduled until after the consultation. This allows us to ensure that you and your stylist are on the same page regarding your hair color preferences and what services to book. Additionally, it allow the stylist to give you a proper price quote, time quote and their recommendation on the healthiest color service for your beautiful tresses. We suggest that you book a standard service like a Signature Curly Cut, Wash Go & Define, or a Blow Out first and we are happy to do the in-person consultation during that initial appointment. If you'd like to opt for coming in for only an in-person consultation, the consultation cost will serve as a deposit for your full service. 

Salon Temperature - We keep the salon temperature at 68 degrees farhieniet. Please be sure to bring a sweater or jacket if that sounds a little too cold for your liking.

COVID-19 Policy - We are taking special care to ensure that you have a safe self-care experience. Here are a few protocols in place to keep everyone feeling safe and GOOD. What to expect in the salon:

  • Masks are required for all guests
  • Please come alone to your appointment. This includes children. Unless your child has an appointment, children are not allowed to accompany clients.
  • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
  • Please avoid touching your face and eyes while in the salon
