Terms and Conditions

In an effort to accomodate as many clients as possible & to respect our stylists' time, we require notice of any changes or cancellations at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-show appointments will be charged the full service price. If you are sick, please wear a mask or reschedule your appointment at the first sign of symptoms.  By booking this appointment, you've agreed to abide by the above cancellation policy.

It is our goal for you to leave the salon feeling confident. If you aren't completely satisfied with your service, please contact the Front Desk within 2 weeks of your original appointment and our Management Team will contact you to schedule a re-do service if applicable. We do not offer refunds on services.
