Cancellation and No-Show Policy

 

Please understand that when we schedule your appointment,  we are reserving time for your particular needs.  We kindly ask that if your must change or cancel an appointment that you notify us not less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.  Please call our clinic at 403-707-6678 ( simply leave us a message if we are working with other clients) or email us at canmoreskinrni@gmail.com.  This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved time to another client who is waiting to see one of our treatment specialists.

Please not that any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or any no-show appointments are subject to a $75.00 charge.
