Terms and Conditions

At Southwest Hair & Day Spa we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations without proper notice prohibit other guests on our wait list from being able to fill that slot. Cancellations made less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a 50% fee of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.

We understand life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment within the 24-hour period due to an emergency. We always do our best to give grace in these moments, but we do track all late cancellations and no shows in order to ensure our policy is not abused. If we find this happens two or more times in a calendar year, you will be asked to prepay for your services moving forward.

 If you no show your appointment a fee in the amount of 100% of your previous service will be charged in the event you breach our policies.

**Cancellations due to illness during COVID-19 will not require you to adhere to our cancellation policy. If you are ill with a fever, cough, or other COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have been exposed to anyone with symptoms, or who tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you reschedule your appointment in 14 days.
