Booking online is easy! Please read the full appointment information guide below:

*PLEASE NOTE: The appointment MUST be made in the name of the person receiving the treatment and their email address. If you are booking the appointment for a minor, a parent or guardian must sign their forms. If you are booking an appointment for your child, spouse, etc., please use their own separate email address from your own.

• FORMS: After booking, you will receive an email with electronic forms to complete prior to your arrival. If you are an existing client and have already completed forms for this service within the past year, you do not need to fill them out again unless you are booking a new service or if there are any changes to your medical history. These forms will also provide pre-treatment instructions if necessary. Please complete all necessary forms more than 24hrs prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation.  Please check spam/promotions folders. If you do not receive your forms within 24hrs of booking, please contact us.

• CONTRAINDICATIONS/ PREPARATION: Please notify us if you have any of the contraindications listed for your scheduled service. Please follow all pre&post treatment instructions.

• MULTIPLE SERVICES or TREATMENT AREAS: If you are booking multiple treatment areas of Laser Hair Removal, please select the largest or lengthiest area first and list the other treatment areas in the comments box provided. If we are unable to accommodate the additional treatment areas in the given time slot, we will reach out and suggest either making an additional appointment for the other areas, or creating a new appointment with a longer time slot. If you are booking multiple different services, please select "book another appointment" after you've completed your first appointment booking to book another service. 

• TREATMENT INTERVALS: Please remember when booking that certain treatments require a specific amount of time inbetween treatments.

Skincare treatments are typically spaced 2-4 weeks. 

Treatment intervals for laser hair removal are:

4-6 weeks: Face and neck(front)

6-8 weeks: Mid front of the body (arms/hands, underarms, chest, abdomen, bikini/brazilian)

8-10 weeks: Lower/back of the body (legs, back, buttocks, back of neck) 

*If you are treating multiple areas, please try to book them together at an interval that works for all areas (i.e. if you are treating the face and underarms, you can book them together every 6 weeks. If you are booking face, underarms, and legs, then we recommend booking the face at four weeks and face again, underarms, and legs at 8 weeks) 

• CANCELLATIONS: Please notify us more than 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason. You will receive a text message confirmation two days prior to your appointment. Please reply "confirm" to keep your appointment or "cancel" or "reschedule" if you need to change your appointment.  Appointments canceled or changed less than 24hrs prior to appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.
