 Thank you for choosing Salon Synergy for your beauty and relaxation services. We love for our guests to use our online scheduler so you can see in real-time availability and you can choose the best day and time for your busy schedule. Because this convenience offers so much control to our valued guests and the general public, a few terms have been put in place to protect the time and income of each service provider. Here are a few things to consider before choosing Salon Synergy:

1. For liability reasons and to ensure an excellent service experience for all our guests, children are not allowed in the service area, unless receiving a service at the time. And children under 12 may not be left unattended in the waiting area. We can't wait to pamper you and help you relax while you steal away just a few moments for yourself!

2. A credit/debit card is required for scheduling online, however the card will not be charged at the time of booking. By placing the card on file, you agree that Salon Synergy reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee if 24 hour notice is not given before cancelling or no-showing. We understand circumstances arise out of your control and we are happy to accommodate those situations.

3. To avoid the cancellation fee, simply call Salon Synergy 479-524-8422 and we will help you reschedule or properly cancel your appointment. We recognize that these terms are unnecessary for the majority of those using online scheduling and are only in place to protect the service provider's time and income from the very few that misuse this convenience. Communication is key!

4. If you are a guest that has multiple cancellations or a first-time guest that doesn't properly cancel or no-call/no-show, we reserve the right to deactivate your access to the online scheduler.
