CANCELLATION POLICY

Each time a patient misses an appointment without canceling the appointment, another patient is prevented from receiving care. Therefore, Musick Dermatology & Advanced Clinical Spa will charge a fee for all missed cosmetic appointments not canceled within 24-hours. “No Show” fees will be charged via the card on file you have provided for your account.

NO SHOW FEES: $50 for new patient consultations, $150 for Neurotoxins, fillers, and facial services, $250 microneedling appointments, $500 for Halo, Secret RF, CO2 Laser, and CoolSculpting.

We make every effort to remind patients of upcoming appointments by emailing, texting, and making phone calls to confirm scheduled appointments. Ultimately, we believe it is a patient’s responsibility to make note of and, when necessary, make changes to or cancel appointments. Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation as we strive to best serve your needs and the needs of all of our patients.
