Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Since the appointment is reserved for you personally, a cancellation/missed appointment fee will apply.

When less than 24 hours notice is given, a fee of 50% of the total services scheduled will be charged to card on file or added to your account and must be paid before rebooking.​

We also ask clients that if they are more than ten minutes late for a scheduled appointment that they reschedule for another time.
