CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

You will be required to have a credit card on file prior to booking your reservation.

Please note when a guest fails to show up for a reservation, or cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, this does not allow enough notice for our service providers to book another reservation during that scheduled time.  

Should you need to cancel or reschedule any reservation, you must provide Solutions 24 hours’ advance notice. If you fail to provide sufficient notice to cancel or reschedule your reservation, Solutions is authorized to charge your credit card on file in the amount of 50% of the total charges for the reserved service(s). If you fail to provide any notice of cancellation or rescheduling of your reservation, Solutions is authorized to charge your credit card on file in the amount of 100% of the total charges for the reserved service(s).

Your credit card on file will only be charged if you fail to comply with this Cancellation/No Show Policy. To cancel or reschedule your reservation you must call Solutions at 765.453.3617
