At Cleveland Health Group we value your time and your money. To better serve our loyal clientele, we have adopted a new cancellation policy when scheduling a virtual consultation. Effective immediately, all scheduled virtual consults will require a $50 credit card hold. Payment will be applied to the service when the appointment is confirmed. Patients have a 24 hour window to cancel or reschedule their appointment without penalty. Failure to show will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
