APPOINTMENT POLICY

All scheduled appointments will require a 50% deposit that will be deducted from the total at the time of the scheduled appointment.

When booking online, it will be automated.

When booking in person or by phone, we will require a card on file to charge the deposit. 

 

NO SHOW POLICY 

No Show - First Time

Since your stylist is unable to fill that spot, your deposit will be applied as a No-Show Fee.

No Show - More than Once

Since your stylist is unable to fill that spot, your deposit will be applied as a No-Show Fee and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. 

 

CANCELATION POLICY 

Less than 24 hours notice - First Time

Things happen and we understand, it's on us.

Less than 24 hours notice - More than Once

Any cancellation less than 24 hours after the first time follows the No-Show More than Once policy.
