Arrival on Time

=    Your appointment time is specially reserved for you, we cannot see walk inns, or friends without an appointment as well.

=      Please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive on time for your appointment.

=     Arrival more than 15 minutes late will not allow enough time for a visit, the appointment will be missed and need to be rescheduled. Please call if you are running late, we will do our best to still see you within reason and if schedule allows.

Cancellation Policy

If appointments are repeatedly missed or cancelled without notice, there is a lost opportunity for someone who might need a treatment that day…and some day that might be you. Therefore, we reserve the right to charge for the missed appointment.

=         As a courtesy, cancellation should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

=        At all times cancellations due to illness or genuine emergencies will not be charged.

=         Please do respect our time and the needs of others and be honest with regards to this.

Respectful Encounters

=         We truly appreciate you choosing our office.

=      We do expect all our staff to be treated respectfully.

=    Any abusive behavior will not be tolerated and either staff or practitioners can choose to discontinue service if it is deemed that the encounter is not healthy for any party.
