PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION & OUR POLICIES PRIOR TO SCHEDULING. 

All booking requests are subject to management approval, you should receive an email confirmation when appt is approved. 

If you do not receive an email confirmation within 2 days please text/call staff at 810-522-4799

PARKING

  • When entering Brighton from this exit you will turn right at the light on Grandriver and Main St
  • Immediately to your left is a oneway street, turn left here. The first parking lot marked private parking is ours, you may park here
  • You will then walk up the hill and to the right we are the 3rd door.
  • We are located off the Spencer Road Exit and I 96 
 NO SHOW/LATE CANCELATION POLICY: PARKING

  • Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 
  • Should you need to do so in less than the required 48 hour notice period, you will be subject to a charge of $50 Reschedule/cancellation Fee and by scheduling you argree to this policy, agree to provide and have your credit card charged per this policy. 
  • We reserve appointment times especially for you, please be considerate of your provider’s time and other clients needs. 
  • All clients that are scheduled, who do not show, will be charged a non refundable $50 fee via the CC on file as consented by this policy in scheduling an appointment and providing the required information.
  • Clients with previous non show history, will be subject to prepayment for future appointment times. 
  • We hope you understand this policy is in place to assure the scheduled appointment, should it need to be rescheduled, it gives staff time to  utilize/fill the appointment appropriately.  The no show fee is to recover administrative costs of non attendance.  Please try to abide by the 48 hours notice to avoid these fees.
  • We understand that unplanned issues come up that require you to cancel/reschedule an appointment. Unfortunately, it has been our experience that most of the time unkept appointments are not due to emergencies.
  • As a courtesy, we confirm appointments via text/email 1 week and 2 days prior to scheduled appointments. If we have a cancellation on the schedule, we like to offer the time slot to a client on our waiting list, or those who are calling for a same day appointment. 
  • Without notice of cancellation we are unable to fulfill these requests. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses the opportunity to be seen, staff wastes time setting up, losses dependable income preparing for your appointment. 
  • It is to the discretion of Admin, to enforce a pre-payment for all future scheduled procedures.

POLICIES

  • Our facility is HIPAA compliant
  • Our facility requires a credit card on file, by booking your appt. you are agreeing to our policies and to the auto deduction charge according to no show/late cancelation policy. 
  • You understand that a full medical history and evaluation must be completed prior to rendering of services
  • Our Medical Director and Nurse reserve the right to refuse services based on their Medical Professional Discretion. 
  • Give that there are no guarentees in Aesthetics, please understand that it is our policy that there are no refunds on any purchases and or services whether they have been rendered or not. 
  • Please note that by requesting this appt you are accepting the terms and conditionsprovidered here and the full Polixy Version located on our website www.skinandtonicbrighton.com as and fully understand and agree to these policies and fees.  
  • Should any treatment fall short of your expectations, any additional treatments required to achieve your prefered results are at the clients expense. 
  • All Aesthetic Treatment come with predictable and non predictable possible complications. Should this unfortunate event present itself in your treatment, any required subquential treatments be needed, this too is at the clients expense. 
  • Our Service Providers are State Lincensed, Trained Professionals.

WHEN BOOKING SERVICES: 

When Booking Online please note to book "numbing appointment' as your first service for the following services: 

  • Cool Peel
  • Virtue RF MicroNeedling
  • Medical MicroNeedling
  • Plasma Pen Skin Tightening
  • HA Fillers  

When booking for Laser Hair Removal Please note in the comment sections what areas you are requesting. 

When Booking for PRP with Microneedling - book "PRP blood draw" appt first  

When Booking your Sculpt treatments- book an appt for EACH area 

                  * example: if you are doing arms and stomach  -you will need 3 appts for Sculpt 

You should receive an email with pre instructions to read and forms to complete prior to arrival. If you have not received this email please contact the client coordinator, Layla at 810-522-4799 so she can resend these forms to you. 

We do request a $50 non refundable deposit for all bookings. This will be used as your consult fee and/or be applied towards any purchase the day of your appt. If the appointment is canceled or the client does not show this deposit is non refundable and not eligible for use towards services.  Should you need to cancel prior to the scheduled appt. policy, you may use this as your reschedule deposit by scheduling it with a staff member or as a store credit within 30 days of the orginal scheduled date. 

Please know that it is our goal to pursue the best results possible for each and every client. Our promise to always give honest information, our best subjective and objective recommendations and place our clients safety as our number one goal.
