Every appointment is especially reserved for you! As a courtesy to H. Mack & Company, our staff and waiting guests, we require a 24 hour advance cancellation notice.  By checking this box, I understand that H. Mack & Company a Salon requires a 24 hour notice to cancel, change or alter a reservation. By checking this box, I agree to be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the total value of the reserved services against the Credit Card on file that I have willfully provided, should I violate this policy.  All NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the services reserved.  This enables the Salon to compensate the stylist for their lost time.  I also agree not to arbitrate any charges in the event that I forgo the 24 hour cancellation or No Show policy.

A Credit card number is required to reserve your appointment but will not be charged unless appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled service or you no-show.  If you are making this appointment within the 24 hour time frame please note that it cannot be canceled without a fee of 100% of service.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No Show Fee of 100% will apply. 

This enables H. Mack & Company to compensate the stylist for their lost time.  You also agree not to arbitrate any charges in the event that I forego the 24 hour cancellation/no-show policy.
