Thank you so much for booking an appointment with RENU Medical Aesthetics. We require a credit card to book onlne appointments. 

Your credit card will be charged a $150 cancellation fee if you do not cancel within 2 business days prior to your appointment.  Please call us at 772-266-4450 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
