CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE APPLIED TO THE NEXT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT
AS A DEPOSIT.
RESCHEDULING OF ORIGINAL SERVICES, & TECHNICIAN, MUST BE MADE WITHIN THE FOLLOWING WEEK OF ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME.
This business enforces a 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.
If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.
The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the 24 hour cancellation policy. It is not the service provider, or the salon responsibility, to overbook (“squeeze in”) the service provider in this event. If a violation occurs a second time, both the original cancellation fee, and the second cancellation fee will be forfeited. For a third appointment, the services scheduled must be paid in full, and are forfeited in the event of any cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show. After a third violation, the customer will be blacklisted and no longer able to schedule.
All appointments made in salon, and online, require a card on file with our credit merchant. No card information will be stored in the salon. No employee of Hello Gorgeous Salon & Mini Spa can retrieve, or see any card information. Your card will not be charged unless the 24 hour cancellation policy has been violated.
All sales are final. No refunds on gift certificates, gift cards, vouchers, memberships, packages, services, and/or products. Gift certificates can only be transferred with proof of residency within the immediate household. Vouchers, and/or packages, can not be combined with any other coupon, offer, or promotion. Any gift certificate, gift card, voucher, coupon, offer, or promotion, is one per customer, per day, and must abide by all Terms & Conditions for that specific sale.
