Please include any notes for your Stylist in your appointment notes to ensure proper scheduling.
We understand life happens and sometimes things may get in the way of your appointments. We kindly ask you to give us a minimum of 48-hours notice if you need to cancel or make any changes to an existing appointment to avoid a Cancellation Fee of $50 or 50% of your service total (whichever is lesser).

*Please note; Your time is just as valuable to us as we hope ours is to you so in order to accommodate each and every one of our guests, a Peak Pricing Policy will be implemented during our high in-demand timeframes. If your appointment is at or after 4pm on a Weekday or any time on a Saturday, there will be an additional 8% service charge added on to your service total.
